Return window
You can return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving it.
How to return an item
- Email us at st.oilovski@outlook.com with your order number before sending anything.
- We will confirm and send you the return address.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong.
Refunds
After we receive and check your return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the order was our mistake.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, and you do not need to return the item.
Items we cannot accept back
Items that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without contacting us first.
Cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund you.
